Ticket Terms

These terms apply to every ticket sold for a Santa Maria event. Please read them before you buy — you will be asked to confirm you accept them at checkout, and the version you accepted is stored with your order.
Entry
- One ticket admits one person, once. Your QR code is scanned at the door and stops working after it is used.
- You must be at least the minimum age shown on the event page and bring valid photo ID. No valid ID means no entry, and no refund. That rule comes from the venue's licence.
- Entry is at the discretion of the venue and its security. Bag searches and refusal of entry for intoxication, aggression or prohibited items are normal and do not entitle you to a refund.
- Re-entry is not guaranteed. Where it is allowed for an event, the event page will say so.
- Doors and last entry times are on the event page. Arriving after last entry means you may not get in.
Prohibited items
Weapons, illegal drugs, glass, professional cameras and recording rigs, and anything the venue lists as prohibited. Venue rules apply on top of ours.
Your ticket
- Keep your QR code private. Anyone who has it can use it. If your ticket is used before you arrive, we cannot let you in twice.
- Lost your email? Use Find my tickets to have the link sent again.
- Resale above face value is not allowed. Tickets listed on resale sites above face value may be cancelled without refund.
- Name changes: we allow one holder change per ticket up to 24 hours before doors, through us.
If something changes
- Cancelled event — you get a full refund, including any fees, automatically to your original payment method. See the Refund Policy.
- Postponed or materially changed event (new date, different city, or a headline change that changes the nature of the night) — you can keep your ticket for the new date or ask for a refund within the window stated in the notice we send you.
- Line-ups, timings, and room layouts can change without the event being "materially changed".
Behaviour
Our Code of Conduct applies to everyone at the event. Harassment, discrimination, violence and spiking are grounds for immediate removal without refund, and we report criminal behaviour to the police.
Filming and photography
Photos and video are usually taken at our events, and by attending you may appear in them. See the Privacy Policy for how to ask for an image to be removed.
Liability and force majeure
We are not liable for personal belongings, for travel or accommodation costs, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including venue closure, extreme weather, public authority orders or industrial action). Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.
