Who you are contracting with

Using the site

You may browse the site and buy tickets for your own use. You may not:

• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to buy tickets or scrape content;
• interfere with the site's security or availability;
• resell tickets above face value, or use the site to do so;
• copy our brand, artwork, photography or written content for your own commercial use.

Accounts

There are no customer accounts. Tickets are bought as a guest and reached through a private link we email you. Staff accounts are for our team only.

Our content

The Santa Maria name, logo, artwork, photography and site design belong to us or our licensors. Event posters and images supplied by artists remain theirs.

Things you send us

If you send us a message, photo or other content, you confirm you have the right to send it and you allow us to use it for the purpose you sent it for. Do not send us anything confidential.

Availability

We try to keep the site up, especially during ticket drops, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability connected to the site or a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

The law that applies is the law of Ontario, Canada, where the selling entity is established and where the events take place. This does not remove consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you bought.
