Refund & Cancellation Policy
Version 0.2 · Effective 13 September 2026
Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the cases below. This is because a ticket is for a specific event on a specific date; for that reason the 14-day cancellation right that applies to most online purchases does not apply to event tickets, and similar exemptions apply elsewhere. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You get a full refund, including fees, if:
- we cancel the event; or
- we materially change it — a new date, a different city, or a change that changes what the night is — and you tell us within the window in our notice that you want a refund instead of the new date.
You do not get a refund if:
- you cannot attend, change your mind, or arrive after last entry;
- you are refused entry or removed for age, ID, intoxication, prohibited items, or a breach of the Code of Conduct;
- the line-up or set times change but the event goes ahead.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else. Timings:
| Provider | Typical time to appear |
|---|---|
| Square (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) | 5–10 business days after we issue it |
For a cancelled event we issue refunds automatically within [X] days of announcing the cancellation. You do not need to ask.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged for an order that never issued tickets, email tickets@partysantamaria.com with the order reference and we will refund the duplicate in full.
