How do I get tickets?
Tickets are sold here on the site. Pick your tier, pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or (in Lagos) a bank transfer, and your tickets arrive by email straight away with a QR code for the door.
I didn't get my ticket email.
Check spam first, then use Find my tickets — enter the email you paid with and we'll send a link to every order on that address.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or materially changed. The full policy is on the Refunds page.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Ticket holder name changes are coming to the site. Until then, email us and we'll sort it before doors.
What ID do I need?
Valid photo ID matching the minimum age for the event and the venue's licence. No ID, no entry, no refund — that one is the venue's rule, not ours.
Is the venue accessible?
Venue accessibility is listed on each event page once the venue is announced. If something you need isn't listed, email us before you buy and we'll find out.
